Boys & Girls Club of
Corvallis Free Dental Clinic
We
have formed a partnership with the Corvallis School District and Benton County Health
Department to deliver free dental services to low income children. The
district nurse will screen and the health department is providing dental
coordination and scheduling services. They will also manage and store
the health records of each child.
Any
school age child who does not have access to dental care or who does not
have dental insurance and meets the income requirements is eligible for
the free dental services. Once a child has been screened and approved,
the child will be required to become a BGCC member. Yearly membership
fee is $25 and scholarships are available.
To learn if your child qualifies contact the Corvallis 509J District Nurse –
Christine Kulonis at 757-4527. The Boys & Girls Club does not screen
candidates. You must contact the Corvallis 509J School District
Nurse.
We
express our profound thanks to Dr. Ken Johnson and the businesses and
citizens whose generosity and support has made this service a reality.
Without the contributions of many this would have never been possible.
